Shipping Your Order

All orders placed before 3:00 PM are prepared and handed over to the carrier on the same day. When an order is validated between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM, we do our best to prepare and hand over your order to our carrier on the same day.

In any case, orders are prepared and shipped within a maximum of 24 hours (except weekends and public holidays).

The Transport of Your Package

The standard shipping method is SO Colissimo "My Merchant" with delivery to the nearest SO Colissimo partner merchant to your location. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you with a link and a tracking number as soon as possible, allowing you to track your package's delivery online.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage fees. They may consist of a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to consolidate your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and you will need to pay shipping fees for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, and special care is taken with packages containing fragile products.

All our packages are oversized and protected.
