Shipping and delivery
Preparing your order
All orders confirmed before 3:30 pm (Paris time), Monday to Friday excluding French public holidays, are prepared and handed to the carrier the same day. After that time, your order leaves on the next working day. Every part is checked before packing; our parcels are oversized and protected.
Delivery in France
- Mondial Relay, pickup point: from €3.65 (parcels up to 250 g; €3.77 up to 500 g, €4.21 up to 1 kg), delivered in 3 to 5 working days to the pickup point of your choice (map shown at checkout).
- Mondial Relay, home delivery: from €6.12, 3 to 5 working days.
- Colissimo: home delivery in 2 working days, with or without signature.
- Chronopost 13h / 18h: next-day delivery before 1 pm or 6 pm for orders placed before 3:30 pm.
- UPS Access Point, pickup point: 3 to 5 working days.
- UPS, home delivery: 2 working days.
- FedEx, UPS Express: express home delivery, 1 working day after the carrier collects the parcel.
The exact cost depends on the parcel weight and the address: it is shown during checkout, as soon as the delivery address is known, before payment. For most items, the “from” price for delivery to a Mondial Relay pickup point is also shown on the product page and in the cart. Depending on the part ordered and the destination, some carriers may not be offered. Prices on this page include VAT.
Delivery in Europe and worldwide
We deliver to 46 countries and territories: European Union (27 countries), United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Turkey, United States, Canada and the French overseas territories. Shipping costs depend on destination and weight; they are shown during checkout, before payment.
- Mondial Relay (Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal): pickup point or, depending on the country, home delivery, 3 to 6 working days. Pickup point from €4.30 (Belgium, Netherlands), €6.05 (Spain), €6.10 (Italy), €6.15 (Portugal), €6.50 (Germany).
- Chronopost Classic, FedEx, UPS, Happy Post, Colissimo, Delivengo: within Europe, 2 to 8 working days depending on the carrier and the country; UPS also delivers to UPS Access Point pickup points.
- Chronopost Express, FedEx Express, UPS Express: Europe and rest of the world, 1 to 6 working days.
- Delivengo, FedEx: outside Europe, 7 to 13 working days depending on the destination.
Outside the European Union (Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, United States, Canada, etc.): our prices exclude French VAT; import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient to the carrier, according to the rules of their country.
Tracking your parcel
As soon as your order ships, you receive the parcel number and tracking link by e-mail. You can also follow your order from your account or from the Where is my parcel? page.
Collection from our workshop
Would you rather collect your order from our workshop? Contact us before ordering: we will enable the collection option for you, with no shipping cost.
Returns and after-sales service
You have 14 days to change your mind, plus the warranty on every part. The procedure is explained on the Return a product for after-sales service page.
