Shipping and delivery
Preparing your order
All orders confirmed before 3:30 pm (Paris time), Monday to Friday excluding French public holidays, are prepared and handed to the carrier the same day. After that time, your order leaves on the next working day. Every part is checked before packing; our parcels are oversized and protected.
Delivery in France
- Mondial Relay, pickup point: from €4.21, delivered in 3 to 5 working days to the pickup point of your choice (map shown at checkout).
- Mondial Relay, home delivery: from €7.48, 3 to 5 working days.
- Colissimo: home delivery in 2 working days, with or without signature.
- Chronopost 13h / 18h: next-day delivery before 1 pm or 6 pm for orders placed before 3:30 pm.
The exact cost depends on the parcel weight and the address: it is shown in the cart, before payment. Depending on the part ordered and the destination, some carriers may not be offered.
Delivery in Europe and worldwide
We deliver to more than 70 countries. In Europe: Mondial Relay (pickup point or home delivery, 3 to 6 working days), Colissimo, Happy Post and Chronopost Classic (2 to 6 working days). Rest of the world: Chronopost Express and DHL Express (1 to 5 working days) or Delivengo (7 to 13 working days). Shipping costs are calculated in the cart according to destination and weight.
Outside the European Union (Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, United States, Canada, etc.): our prices exclude French VAT; import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient to the carrier, according to the rules of their country.
Tracking your parcel
As soon as your order ships, you receive the parcel number and tracking link by e-mail. You can also follow your order from your account or from the Where is my parcel? page.
Collection from our workshop
Would you rather collect your order from our workshop? Contact us before ordering: we will enable the collection option for you, with no shipping cost.
Returns and after-sales service
You have 14 days to change your mind, plus the warranty on every part. The procedure is explained on the Return a product for after-sales service page.
